View of an unidentified woman standing on the back porch of a house in the "Techwood Flats" area of Atlanta, Georgia, where Techwood Homes public housing development would be constructed.||Techwood Homes was a public housing development located in downtown Atlanta, near the campus of the Georgia Institute of Technology. It was the first public housing project in the United States. Completed in 1936, it was initially segregated for white families. Techwood Homes was eventually demolished in 1996.
